Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of SocialSpy.io, including our website, admin portal, Instagram audit tools, competitor research, Auto DM workflows, AI Assistant, lead capture features, reporting, and related services.
By using SocialSpy.io, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, login access, connected accounts, team access, workspace settings, campaigns, automations, and any activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and only connect accounts or data that you are authorized to use.
Acceptable use
You agree to use SocialSpy.io only for lawful, authorized, and legitimate business purposes.
- Do not violate Instagram, Meta, or other third-party platform rules.
- Do not use SocialSpy.io for spam, harassment, abusive messaging, deceptive activity, illegal promotions, or unauthorized outreach.
- Do not upload harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or bypass usage limits.
- Do not use data from SocialSpy.io in a way that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual property, consumer protection, or anti-spam laws.
Instagram, Meta, and third-party services
SocialSpy.io may rely on third-party services such as Instagram, Meta, hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, analytics providers, and other infrastructure services.
We do not control third-party platforms and do not guarantee their availability, policies, permissions, APIs, approvals, data access, or future compatibility. Changes by third parties may affect SocialSpy.io features.
Automation and AI Assistant use
You are responsible for reviewing, configuring, and monitoring automations, DM flows, AI Assistant instructions, generated messages, lead fields, and campaign behavior before and during use.
AI-generated or automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You remain responsible for final decisions, messaging, compliance, and customer interactions.
Billing and subscriptions
- Some SocialSpy.io features may require a paid subscription or paid access.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance and may renew automatically unless canceled according to the billing flow.
- You are responsible for taxes, fees, and charges related to your use of paid features.
- Pricing, plans, limits, and included features may change with notice where required.
Refund policy
Payments are handled according to our Refund Policy. In general, purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except for verified duplicate or incorrect billing corrections described in that policy.
No guaranteed results
SocialSpy.io provides tools for research, reporting, automation, AI-assisted conversations, and lead management. We do not guarantee Instagram growth, engagement, reach, revenue, lead conversion, account safety, platform approval, or any specific business result.
Service changes and availability
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of SocialSpy.io at any time. We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for SocialSpy.io or others, misused the product, failed to pay, or used the service in a way that may violate law or third-party platform rules.
You may stop using SocialSpy.io at any time. Cancellation stops future use according to your plan and billing status, but it does not automatically create a refund right.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialSpy.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses, including lost profits, lost data, lost leads, loss of goodwill, platform restrictions, account actions, or service interruptions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated date above will show when the terms were last changed. Continued use of SocialSpy.io after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
