All SocialSpy.io purchases, subscription payments, renewals, upgrades, and plan charges are final and non-refundable unless this policy expressly states otherwise.
By purchasing or using paid SocialSpy.io features, you agree to this Refund Policy.
No refunds
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, lack of usage, unused time, accidental purchase, misunderstanding of features, failure to cancel before renewal, campaign performance, Instagram or Meta account restrictions, third-party platform changes, business results, lead quality, engagement outcomes, or account growth expectations.
Billing corrections
If you were charged incorrectly or a duplicate payment was made, contact us so we can review the billing record. If we verify a duplicate or incorrect charge, we may correct or reverse that specific billing error.
A billing correction is not a general refund right and applies only to verified duplicate or incorrect charges.
Subscriptions and cancellations
- Subscription fees are billed in advance.
- You may cancel your subscription according to the available billing flow or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future billing after the cancellation is processed, but it does not refund past payments or unused time.
- You remain responsible for charges already incurred before cancellation.
How to request a billing review
To request review of a duplicate or incorrect charge, contact support@socialspy.io.
- Use the email address connected to your SocialSpy.io account.
- Include invoice, receipt, transaction, or payment details if available.
- Explain why you believe the charge is duplicate or incorrect.
Chargebacks
If you believe there is a billing issue, contact us first so we can review it. Unresolved chargebacks or disputed payments may lead to account restriction, suspension, or cancellation where permitted.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated date above will show when the policy was last changed. Continued use of paid SocialSpy.io services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
